Wine Dinner - April 23rd

The Chef's of Morris Chop Shop will present a 7 course French food and wine pairing in a tribute to Julia.

L’apéritif

- Country style mixed olives, peppered candied walnuts, and crostini of duck confit

Hors D'oeuvre

- Mussels in white wine sauce

Fish Course

- Dover sole in bouillabaisse

Main Course

- Beef bourguignon with cauliflower gratin

- Châteu Lassègue, Les Cadrans de Lassègue Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (2015)

Salad Course

- Baby frisée with heirloom radishes in a lemon vinaigrette

- Château Castel des Maures, Côtes de Provence Cuvée Jeanne Rosé (2018)

Cheese Course

- truffled goat cheese, gorgonzola dolce, and gruyere
