Dining Information

Masks are requested indoors for all guests who are not vaccinated.

We care about the wellbeing of our staff and guests and ask you to respect the same when dining with us.

We have been hard at work to bring you a safe and enjoyable dining experience.  Visit this page frequently for updates on service, the steps we are taking to launch a safe, phased re-opening, and the requirements for guests.  For customers who are not vaccinated, please wear a mask whenever you are not at your table: upon entering, using the restroom, and when leaving the restaurant.  Please be respectful of our staff and other customers by following this requirement.

We will be using a reservation only basis for dining during peak service days/hours, as our capacity to serve is very limited and will be for the foreseeable future.

Chop Shop's hours

We are open at 4PM - 8PM Wednesday, 4PM-9PM Thursday - Friday, Noon - 9 PM on Saturday, and 3 PM - 8 PM on Sunday.  Reservations can be made on the fly as little as 30 minutes in advance.  See full details below.

Big Fish is still closed due to labor shortages.

As with everything, changes fly at us quickly and with little or no notice.  Please be patient with our staff; they are doing their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.  If you are not on our e-mail list, I encourage you to join as this is the best and quickest way to receive updates.  Just look for the email signup link at the bottom of the page.

If you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from dining with us.  Our employees and other patrons must feel safe if we are going to make this work.  Of course we want everyone to be able to enjoy dining out again, we just want to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.  We want to be open for the long-term and not just a brief window of time.

What we ask of you on your visit...

Phase Status:

Chop Shop - Phase 5 begins 6/11/21.

Big Fish - Closed until we can hire enough staff

You must wear a mask while inside the restaurant if you are not vaccinated.  This is for the safety of our staff and all of our customers. We will be disinfecting surfaces frequently throughout the day.

Dining is still at limited capacity due to staff shortages.  We have a handful of tables to seat up to 6 guests and a few to accomodate up to 10 guests.  Parties greater than 10 must be organized in advance with management to ensure we have the space and staffing available to accomodate.  Due to limited availability we ask our guests to limit Table times to 90 minutes for smaller parties and 120 minutes for larger groups, please respect this.  You may not move tables or chairs from where they are placed or join tables together.  Our dining rooms are set up to comply with all restrictions.

Our servers and staff will be wearing masks and gloves for your protection and theirs.  Please be respectful to them.

We have hand sanitizer for diners near the host stand as well as in the restrooms.

Be respectful of the time you spend.  Please be respectful of the upcoming guests and server by making sure you are ready to leave us in time for the server to make preparations, such as disinfecting seating areas for the next seating. Our industry, as with many others, has been hit hard and we are limited in how many tables we can seat.  If you are more than 10 minutes late and do not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Be kind and allow others the opportunity to dine as well.  We will do our best to get you seated and served in a timely, but not rushed manner.

If you are experiencing Covid-like symptoms, please do not dine with us until you are certain you do not have the Covid virus.  We are asking a lot of our staff to be here and we do not want them put in any unnecessary harm.  If we are all respectful, we will get through this and we'll see you when you are well.

Chop Shop Dining
